What projects have I found that might help me?

In 2014 I carried out an Etwinning project with a school from the Czech Republic. The project was about Easter traditions (the link of it is below). It was about 1 year long. The aim of the project was mainly to make my students meet people form other country and to give them the chance to improve their communicative competence. I think the project was not successful at all because neither the teacher from the Czech Republic nor I carried out a good project management.
Once you have watched the video about Project Management on unit 2, one knows for sure what to do. This video gives you the clues on how to plan a project, how to deal with it and finally how to evaluate it.
On the other hand, I have had a look at the projects on "Best practice for eTwinning"  Project Gallery and I really like some of them:
- European meeting.
- Friends 4ever.
- Getting closer.

What needs or areas of improvement and learning have I detected in my teaching?

I think that those needs I have detected in my teaching is giving my students the opportunity of having real communication with other students from their age. I consider that a way to make your students get involved in something, a teacher has to make them enjoy what their are learning. Etwinning is a very useful tool for teachers because it enables you and your students to contact with other teachers and students and share knowledge, enjoyment, likes, dislikes, way of life, traditions, culture... with them.
